How it works

 

Typically in New Product Development, right from your ideas to the first working prototype, we will walk you through to define and outline the product specifications and requirements. Base on the requirements, we will identify the electronics control technology and its availability. Upon completion of the feasibility studies, we will proceed to electronics circuits design, PCB design and PCB layout and embedded software control according to the requirements.

 

A feasibility and cost study is done for the project for you to have a better understanding of the product design ensuring the product manufacturability and cost competitiveness.

 

Along with the development, we will source the components in the material lists from our network of suppliers.

 

Should the design require a housings or enclosures, we can work with our suppliers to provide the suitable solutions. From rapid prototyping using 3D printing, CNC machining or choose the existing enclosures from the shelf.
